Community guidelines
1. Purpose
These guidelines govern the SUTOM community space (forums, discussions, private messages and polls). By accessing and taking part in it, you agree to follow them. They supplement SUTOM's legal notice and privacy policy.
2. Minimum age
The community space is reserved for people aged 15 or over. Your year of birth is requested on entry to verify your eligibility. Access is denied to anyone who does not meet the minimum age.
3. Rules of conduct — zero tolerance
You agree to remain kind and respectful towards other members. The following are strictly prohibited: harassment and insults; hateful, discriminatory or racist speech; threats and incitement to violence; sexual, violent or shocking content; spam and advertising; sharing personal information (yours or someone else's); impersonation; and, more generally, any unlawful content. No objectionable content and no abusive behaviour will be tolerated.
4. Moderation
Messages may be reviewed, automatically and/or manually, before or after they are published. Any content that breaches these guidelines may be removed or hidden, and the account involved may be warned, temporarily or permanently restricted, or banned. Every moderation decision includes a statement of reasons, which you are notified of.
5. Reporting
You can report any inappropriate message using the report option available on every message. Reports are reviewed and acted upon as quickly as possible.
6. Blocking
You can block another member at any time: you will no longer see their messages and they will no longer be able to interact with you.
7. Challenging a decision and appeals
If one of your posts is removed or your account is sanctioned, you receive the reasons for the decision and can appeal it directly from the app. In accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), every moderation decision is reasoned and open to appeal.
8. Your data and your content
To take part, a nickname is required (and, in some cases, an email address). Your nickname, your emoji and your messages are visible to other members. You can delete your own messages and request deletion of your account at any time. How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy. By posting content, you warrant that you hold the rights to it and allow SUTOM to display it within the community space.
9. Changes to these guidelines
These guidelines may change. In the event of a significant change, you will be asked to accept them again before continuing to take part. The applicable version is the one published on this page.
10. Contact
For any question or report regarding moderation, and as the point of contact required by the Digital Services Act (DSA): [email protected].
11. Governing law
These guidelines are governed by French law.
